As part of the international IFAJ Congress Croatia 2026, Restaurant Bedem welcomed agricultural journalists from 40 countries around the world. During their visit, guests were introduced to Varaždinski klipič, one of the signature products of the Varaždin region.
Restaurant Bedem holds a certificate for Varaždinski klipič and proudly contributes to the preservation and promotion of the local culinary heritage.
